1 Develop personal work priorities BSBPEF402 This module describes the skills and knowledge required to plan and prioritise own work tasks. It also addresses the skills and knowledge to monitor and obtain feedback on personal work performance.
2 Apply critical thinking to work practices BSBCRT411 This module describes the skills and knowledge required to use advanced-level critical thinking skills in a workplace context. This includes using methods of analysis, synthesis and evaluation.

You'll explore risk management (BSBPMG426), identifying potential challenges and creating strategies to mitigate them. Finally, you'll handle procurement procedures (BSBPMG427), learning how to manage suppliers and contracts. By working on a single project, you'll see how all these key elements fit together in real-world scenarios to ensure successful project delivery.
6 Apply project quality management techniques BSBPMG422 This module describes the skills and knowledge required to enhance project outcomes by contributing to quality planning, applying quality policies and procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement in projects.
