This program will provide you with the core design skills used in web and digital graphic design and production. Your skills and knowledge will be developed through:
- Design Foundations: Introduction to core design skills.
- Interface Design: Produce interfaces for a variety of devices and display systems that have clearly defined goals and a strong purpose with an intuitive screen interface.
- Graphic Design: Create documents for a variety of output formats using a range of skills.
- Web Design: Produce a functional, well-designed website designed to work on a smartphone or iPad with supplied graphics and content.
- Software Tutorials: Tutorials demonstrating certain design techniques using a variety of software while allowing you the opportunity to practice.
Software Tutorials
In this course, you will be taught--and have the opportunity to practice--design skills. These are done in Module 5, through software tutorials. Take note of the software tutorials you will need to tune into, in order to develop the necessary skills to complete your assessment. These are provided in the introduction of each module.
