Congratulations on taking the first step into a rewarding career in Human Resource Management or as it is now known, People & Culture. 

In this qualification, you will be progressing through the courses one unit at a time. Each unit is designed to build on your skills and knowledge and as you progress take on more specialised knowledge. During this qualification, you will be demonstrating the knowledge and skills you develop through the use of a simulated business "Complete Business Solutions Australia" (CBSA).  Through CBSA you will be applying all that you have learned into a real-world context.
