Its functions vary across different businesses and industries but typically include recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations.
On completing this module, you will be able to analyse and develop human resource management functions and their place in organisations in New Zealand. You will also understand and be able to describe the impact of key legislation on human resource management practice in New Zealand.
