Unit of Competency

In this Module, we look at the skills and knowledge required to organise, provide and monitor personal support services for a person within limits established by an individualised plan. 

The individualised plan refers to the support or service provision plan developed for the person accessing the service.
Upon completing this unit, you will achieve the following outcomes:

• Determining person support requirements whilst referring to Individualised support plans
• Providing support services to clients
• Monitoring support activities; and
• Completing reporting and documentation

To achieve competency in this unit, you must complete all assessments at the end of this module as well as the structured learning and assessment (including Portfolio, Logbook, or any other work related documentation located in Module 9).
