At ICHM, we pride ourselves on providing a high-level of support during your studies. We have a dedicated and friendly Student Support team to help you maximise your experience with us, in the areas of Academic and Welfare Support. We know that studying online can be challenging, but we are here to help support your journey.
ICHM provides all students with the academic support needed to fully appreciate and respond to the demands of study and online campus life. It is an environment second to none when it comes to enhancing students’ development and applying that knowledge in their professional life.
We offer a comprehensive range of academic support services enabling students to access the assistance that best suits their learning needs, from one-on-one support to small or large group workshops. Additionally, you can access academic support by engaging with your lecturing staff via the message centre or within each subject forum.
ICHM also has a team of specialist literacy and learning support staff to guide students.

Our online subjects are designed in such a way that most of the necessary readings, along with the additional resources, are accessible through your subject site within the respective topics. However, if you need to conduct further research for your assessment tasks, ICHM provides access to a number of databases which are linked to your Office 365 subscription, this is provided as part of your enrolment. You can access the databases through accessing the library channel.
You have access to hundreds of articles, journals, e-books and other resources to support your study.
When you click on each of the links, you will be taken to the catalogue homepage of each platform. From here you can use the search function to find the resources you are looking for and integrate these into your assessment tasks or complete assigned pre-readings for each class.
