Extensions
As stated in the Student Handbook "If you have a legitimate need for an extension, an extension may be granted by your tutor under the following conditions:
- - Prior to scheduled assessment date
- An extension is applied for in writing at least two days before assessment deadline - - If after scheduled assessment date, (Absence approval has been approved by your tutor and Campus Management for the due date)

Course Certificates
Post-course moderation can take up to 1 month after the course has finished. We aim to mail out certificates to students as quick as possible. All students who have successfully completed the course will receive a NZQA qualification and have this recorded on their NZQA account.
