Our way, everydayNZMA
“Our way, everyday” is for us as a team, to guide our interactions with each other, our decision making and our actions in all situations. They describe how we want the outside world to see us and how we want to authentically describe ourselves.
All six values are clearly visible when you look around the business. The way we pursue excellence and work hard to continuously improve what we do – like our work with learner success or the professional development for our staff. We see it in the way we drive innovation in our programme offering so we can be industry leaders. We stay true to the values every time we embrace our students personas and their diverse differences, showing that we respect everyone.
