Year 3+ with NZMA

Moving into your third year on your PDP, we are able to provide you with a variety of options to continue in your developmental journey. Options include our in-house Leadership Development Programme, NZ Certificate in Youth or alternatively, you can discuss further options with your Learning and Development Lead that reflect your passion and areas of interest that will support your career aspirations.

Leadership Development Programme

UpEducation runs an in-house Leadership Development Programme, which is conducted over 12 sessions by senior management. This course programme covers:

• Lead & Manage DISC profile analysis
• Conflict Management
• Johari Window
• The Art of Listening
• Change Management
• Coaching and Mentoring
• Resilience

Participants in this programme will need to follow the application process and will be awarded a place depending on set criteria.
