CONGRATULATIONS! 

You have made it to the final Structured Workplace Learning & Assessment. In this final module, you will be completing the second half of your workplace hours and the assessments associated with SWL for modules 8-13. 

If you will be completing your second half of workplace hours at a different workplace than the first half, you will need to go through the workplace approval process. 

The workplace assessments are the same as the assessments you completed in SWLA1:

1. Portfolio

2. Interview questions 

3. Third-party report

4. Logbook
