Also known as KAIZEN - the concept of continuous improvement originated in Japan as that country worked hard to become a major global producer, and is now applied in many businesses, big and small, seeking to gain an edge over their competitors.<\/p>\n\n

You are required to complete a self-reflective journal entry analysing current practice for continuous improvement within a specific area of your Internship workplace. You will then need to develop a plan with suggested business strategies that could be used to increase the effectiveness of the continuous improvement process.<\/p>\n\n
