Learning Outcomes - Module 1

5.1 Evaluate the different influences which affect the relationship between food and culture.

This course will investigate how the food we eat is influenced by our culture and how cultural influences change the way food is prepared and eaten in different parts of the world. It looks at factors such as migration, technology, dietary awareness, war etc., and how they bring new ingredients and techniques to different societies.
