In this lesson, we'll explore what influences your target audience and map out the five phases of the Customer Journey. We'll take a look at aligning social media goals with marketing and business goals and introduce paid campaigns using Google and Bing ads.
Your practical activity for this lesson will include a critique of some Google ads.

Let's learn from some other businesses!

  1. Search for something you like on Google – it could be a a brand, service, or even a question that you might have
  2. Identify a Google Ad from a business related to your search
  3. Is it a good ad in your opinion?  Why (or why not!)?
  4. Post a screenshot of the ad and your critique to your your thread in the Practicals Forum
    Please include the title "Practical 5: Google Ad Critique" in your post.
  5. Repeat for another 2 ads – see if you can identify the key things that make one Google Ad better than another
