This course will analyse how staff management strategies such as teamwork, communication, cultural awareness and conflict resolution can be effective in creating a harmonious and productive workplace.

It will also examine the details of an effective and informative job description, develop an induction process for a new kitchen staff member and describe on-going training to improve staff satisfaction and business productivity.
