Ensuring you have support is vital to the success of the Bachelor of Business as such you will receive detailed instruction on how to receive support. The below outlines two functions you may require support from outside of ICHM.

As such if you require technical support you are able to lodge a help desk ticket through the following online form:

UP Education: IT Help Desk

In the online form you can choose from a range of issues and type an overview of the issue you need assistance with. 

LMS Support

During your training session you will be introduced to your LMS specialist. If during the first few weeks of teaching, you require assistance please reach out.

If you find issues within the learning materials please use the 'Report an Issue' feature located within the platform. For information on how to do this please refer back to the topic 'Content development and management' within this course.
