Run an Audit on a Business

Now that you’ve sussed out what the business’ problem statement is, and you’ve got a plan for how to solve that problem, we can step back and look at the big picture. We want to figure out what their digital goals are in every aspect of their business.

In the real world, you’d set up a meeting with the business owner to ask them a whole lot of questions, but for this exercise we’re just asking you to use your imagination.

Here’s your process:

• Answer the high-level audit questions in your digital audit template (remember to make a copy) for the company you chose from the previous lesson. 
• Use the digital audit template to run a comprehensive audit on the company.
• Remove the process information and prepare this as a report that you would share with a client.
• Upload your audit report to your thread in the Module 8 Practicals Forum.
