We understand that our students have a variety of capabilities when it comes to studying, especially in the online space. It is imperative that we ensure your needs are being met, and any relevant adjustments are made.
We do this by determining your individual support needs and adjusting the learning content without altering the integrity of the course.
Do I need reasonable adjustment?
Some examples of needing reasonable adjustments include, but not limited to:

Who do I contact regarding reasonable adjustment?
Upon enrolling with one of our Enrolment Consults, you will be asked a series of questions that assess your potential need for assistance with language, literacy and numeracy.
Depending on your circumstances and/or the answers you provided within these series of questions, a further call with a Student Success Coach will take place to evaluate what kinds of changes may need to be made in order to succeed within your course.

Our Program Managers are also able to assist in understanding your personal needs and what adjustments need to be put in place for you to continue with your studies.
