2. Communicate with Influence BSBCMM511 Develop the skills and knowledge needed to participate in meetings, negotiate effectively, lead teams and present information clearly to clients and stakeholders.
3. Manage meetings BSBTWK503 Learn the skills and knowledge needed to manage a range of meetings, including overseeing the meeting preparation processes, chairing meetings, organising the minutes and reporting meeting outcomes.
4. Design and produce complex spreadsheets BSBTEC402 Develop the skills and knowledge required to use complex spreadsheets to store and retrieve data and complete and produce business documents.
5. Manage project scope BSBPMG530 Learn the skills and knowledge required to obtain project authorisation, develop a scope management plan, and manage the application of project scope controls.
6. Manage project time BSBPMG531 Learn the skills and knowledge necessary when implementing project schedules and assessing time management outcomes.
7. Manage project cost BSBPMG533 Develop the skills and knowledge required to identify, analyse, and refine project costs to produce a budget and to use this budget as the principal mechanism to control costs.
8. Manage project risk BSBPMG536 Learn the skills and knowledge necessary to refine project costs to produce a budget and use this as the principal mechanism for costs.
9. Manage project information and communication BSBPMG535 Learn the skills and knowledge necessary to connect all people, ideas and information through all stages in the project life cycle.
10. Manage project human resources BSBPMG534 Develop the skills and knowledge needed to plan and manage projects. This will involve implementing personnel training and development and managing the project team.
