Ready, Set, Go! is a programme for new online students that will give you information and techniques to become a confident online learner — even before your programme of study begins. We’re excited to have you join our Online Campus, and become part of the virtual community that will surround and support you during your learning.

Since you're here, you have already found and logged into our Online Campus. Ka Pai! This is also where you will find your specific programme of study on its start date. In the meantime, we're going to gear up!

What's in Ready, Set, Go!:

• Kia ora | Welcome
  In this pre-Programme course, you’ll learn about what you gain through completing Ready, Set, Go! and we’ll introduce you to the Online Campus. 
• What’s Ahead
  Learn what it means to study online, how to set yourself up for success, including the computer and software requirements, and skills for your programme so you’ll be all set for Day One. You might even say you can hit the ground running — especially if you are studying to be a personal trainer.
• Activate Your Online Learning
  Find tips and tricks to help you succeed as an online learner. We’ll provide you with tools and advice for managing your time while you study, how to keep motivated, how connections can help you succeed, and how to seek help if you need it to help you achieve the goals you have set for yourself.  
• Learning Success Hub
  Here is everything you need to know to access your learning content once your programme begins. You’ll learn about our Online Campus and how to use it to study, review and complete assessments, stay informed, be engaged, and drive your success.   
• Student Success Hub
  Support is all around you. We’ll give you links, phone numbers, ideas, and encouragement to seek support if and when you need it. Our team is dedicated to helping you succeed, and we’ll let you know how you can get in touch with the right person for the challenge you may be facing. 
• Digital Skills Hub
  Discover a wealth of tips and tricks designed to ensure your success in the digital realm of online learning. Explore answers to commonly asked IT questions, find information about the necessary programs and software, and gain valuable insights for seamless navigation of the online world.
• Common Queries
  We’ve gathered a collection of information to make it easy to find key information and answer the most commonly asked questions about online learning with us. We’ve also included a section about What’s Next, so you can start thinking about what you can do to kickstart your learning and your career.
• Assessments
  What?! You weren’t expecting assessments yet? These assessments are not graded and will allow you to practice assessment processes.

Where will you make your mark?

We want to help drive your success with your online learning. That’s what Ready, Set, Go! is all about. We aim to give you everything you need to start your learning journey with confidence.

Once you have completed Ready, Set, Go!, you will have a good idea of what is expected of you and what you can do to help meet those expectations with confidence. You will understand what an Online Campus is and be able to use it for study, communication, and assessments. We’ll show you how to set up your study station with your computer and any equipment you will need for your learning. You will also learn that your new online community will help to support your success.
