At this point, you should be all ready to start your programme. If you still aren't feeling confident, don't worry — remember, support is available to help you feel like a confident and capable online learner.

Before you jump into your programme of learning, here are a few things to do:

  • Reread the information in Ready, Set, Go! until you feel confident you are ready for Day One.
  • Take some time to map out your schedule. Download and use the Weekly planner and start to organise your time. You’ll need to make a note of your assessment due dates once you start your programme of learning, these are provided in your programme of study's Programme and Assessment Info PDF, which is available for you to download from a forum post in The Hub, in your programme of learning.
  • Set your space up, organise your computer, and tell people about your goals.
  • Organise any software or apps, if needed for your programme.
  • Confirm you know how to contact people and support if you need to.

Your programme of learning material will be visible from Day One when you log in.

  • Check your enrolment confirmation letter for the date your programme starts.
  • Read over the Course Outline section in your programme of learning and take note of the expected learning hours per week and any other important info for your programme.
  • Make a note of the time for the Meet your tutor/Welcome Live Session, this is a chance for you to meet your online tutor. The session day/time will be made available to you in a forum post in The Hub, within your programme of learning.
  • Jump into Live Sessions (from the content menu) and register your attendance for the Meet your tutor/Welcome Live Session.
  • Set up your Zoom account so you can attend Live Sessions.
  • Add the Meet your tutor/Welcome Live Session to your Weekly Planner and make note of assessment due dates (these are provided in your programme of study's Programme and Assessment Info PDF, which is available for you to download from a forum post that your tutor will create in The Hub, the first week of your programme).
  • Check out the Welcome post in The Hub, add comments and get to know your tutor and peers.
  • Start your learning!

Meet your tutor/Welcome Live Sessions are something you don’t want to miss! Be sure to use the Live Sessions link in the content menu to register if you haven't already.

Don’t worry if you can’t join this, the session will be recorded for viewing at a later time. All Live Session Recordings are stored in Live Session Recordings found in The Hub, in the content menu of your programme of learning.

As your programme reaches completion, your tutor will reach out to you with information on any outstanding assessments or tasks that you still need to complete.

If you have done everything you need to do to successfully to pass your programme, you will receive your qualification. Yes!
