Leadership skills are something that you all individually will continue to grow as you focus your mindset and move through fear and self doubt to resilience in your eSports passion and all other parts of your life. Remember leadership skills are grown not given so take all opportunities for learning and apply some of your learned knowledge to executing your eDports event with your team in Module 5 our capstone assessment.
