Welcome to Skills Development.
To understand the eSports business model, we need to understand the core of it: competition. And what better way to do this than studying who is behind the scenes. This is what we are aiming for in this module.
As you progress, we will focus on the following:
- Developing the skills of both the eSports players and coaches giving us insight into what it takes to be in the middle of the action.
- Developing the ability to self-evaluate professionally.
- How different coaching roles and approaches can be applied to develop successful eSports players.
- Communication techniques/channels so we can understand, instruct, motivate, and improve our players, team and business performance.
- Enhance planning skills and hone in on the importance on coaching and player development context.
