About this course
As a new leader, you are about to embark on an exciting path filled with challenges and opportunities. This course has been carefully designed to equip you with the essential tools and knowledge you need to excel in your role. Get ready to gain practical insights, develop vital skills, and discover your unique leadership style.
We know you are busy and don't have the time to attend classes, as such we have developed this course to be completely self-paced. You will work through the learning content in your own time, completing your learning activities along the way. When you are ready, complete your assessments and the next module will open for you.
There are no due dates for your assessments, once you have completed the learning and activities you can start your assessments. This course contains three types of assessments:
- Short Answer Questions - These are open-book assessments and allow you the time to review each question and then answer it in your own words.
- Case Studies - These are scenario-based assessments and ask you to take the role of an employee within a fictitious company and complete the required steps.
- Projects - These require you to turn the knowledge you have gained and turn them into practical skills. You will create something relevant to the module you are studying.
If you are stuck and need help, reach out to the other students through the forums, or directly to your trainer through the message centre.
