I think I think the most important characteristic about eSports that I can align with regular sports is the discipline factor. On how you need to discipline your mind in order to become better at something. Because what is discipline? Overall discipline is just doing the things that we don't like, right? In order to get better, in order to improve. And we do these things just because we know that is overall going to be better for us. Right. So everyone knows that the the mind, the brain itself is like the most powerful organ, right? So we need to constantly be stimulating brain activity. We have the... how can I say this? We have that capacity to rewire our brains in order to achieve something. And then this is something that not many aspiring professionals tend to understand because they come from they come from a sheltered kind of scenario. Most of them, not everyone, but most of them come from a shelter scenario. They haven't been happy in applying to the game itself, but they only do the things they like and they lack this discipline behind them. And this is the first the first contact that most organisations struggle with players. It's shaping the player, it's imposing this discipline into them and make them understand that the work requires them to do things that they not necessarily like but they need to do because it's beneficial for not only them but for the whole organisation.
