Now, this is this is a good one. These are good at expectations. You know, it's really important to know that we live I believe we live in a different era. New generations are coming. And with new generations come new challenges. And I think expectation plays a big part of this new reality for most generations that are coming up. We we do not have like time off from screens. Basically. We are slaves of our phone. We are slaves of the Internet, basically. And we are constantly benchmarking and comparing ourselves with other people all the time. And it seems like there is no way to escape from it. So imagine if you compare yourself constantly with someone that has already reached what you aspire to become or what you aspire to, to obtain. And, it's just so hard for people not to have those high expectations out there. It is so hard for them to not expect to reach that point. Debt ceiling. And overall, it's like a balance. Right. And I like to sum this up as happiness equals expectations. Minus reality, which is basically telling us that as long as your expectations are met in your reality, you're going to be content. Right. But as soon as your expectations surpass reality, you're going to be happy. Right. And as soon as your expectations go under your reality, what's going to happen? Of course, of course. You're going to be feel bad about it because they haven't met your expectations. And the first thing that comes with this is being realistic, knowing, knowing what's behind all this benchmarking that we're doing constantly social media, understanding that everyone runs a different pace, Understanding that most of the things that we see on the Internet already enhanced are already created and crafted for you to feel attracted to it, for you to get that dopamine rush.
