And physical and mental fatigue are one of these signals, like there is something wrong with our body, there is something that we are not feeding the body. There's something that we are lacking. There's something that we haven't taken yet that we require. Right. And it has happened too many times. And I'm pretty sure it has happened to you as well, where you wake up and you feel more tired than when you went to sleep. Right? It has happened, of course, like everyone, everyone has passed through that. And it is your body telling you that something is missing. Either you are not giving the body enough sleep or too much sleep, or you're eating something or you're eating unhealthy or you're dehydrated. Like there is always a way your body tells you. And as your body tells you that something's going wrong, your mind also has these sorts of triggers that allow us to know that we are not in a good mental space. It's all just mechanisms that we create in order for us to be aware of what's happening to our mind and our body. And that's the mental fatigue. Basically, we get too stressed about an environment and that's of course unhealthy. We get too anxious about an environment. And of course, like with time, that pressure, right, the pressure becomes anxiety and that anxiety then becomes something else. So we are in this loop and we can't figure it out what it is that makes us feel bad and makes us feel like. And it's always good to take a step back, right? Take a step back. Leave behind, leave behind all the things that you are currently attached to or are part of your regular routine or your habits. And take a good look if it's been healthy for you or not. Because sometimes no matter if we're eating healthy, no matter is we're taking care of our body. We're not taking care of our mind, like doing something, for instance, and you feel that it's wrong doing something that you dislike a lot, even even the fact of not helping other people and feeling like shallow. These little things like affect our behaviour and in the long run start to infect us and we feel bad about it. So like I said, I think a good step back. It's a great way to figure it out. What's happening to us, studying and analysing our own behaviour and when it comes to our body, I think there are like a few simple rules that we need to follow in order to take care of our body. Sometimes we may not have the resources to feed everything we need to our body, but we can do our best to improve our quality of life.
