Hey, already finishing module one. That is amazing. But before we move forward, I want to make sure you have the right weapons equipped. And it all starts with goal setting, knowing what smart goals are. You know, SMART, Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time bound. If we understand that concept, that's great. We're in a sweet spot that we have the improvement, a little bit of improvement with our own research skills. If we haven't had this, please, I invite you to look at that over again. Then the whole module talks about the importance of nutrition and how relevant to chemistry on the body and how it interacts with our own behaviour. Then we move forward to discipline and how relevant it is to create and build discipline for our own personal and professional lives. And we finish last but not least, with a balanced life, dealing with a balanced life, which means knowing that our life goes beyond our social circle. It attaches to several other aspirations that we have as people, as persons. If we have all these concepts, we can move forward. We're good to go to module two.
