And on this amazing module we will be talking about how impactful and how important it is for your mind and body to stay attuned. We will be talking about the chemistry behind our brains, the discipline that it takes in order to become a professional athlete. How important it is knowing how to deal with expectations and manage reality. The importance and the core of socialising as human beings. And of course, how hard it is for professional players and even for us dealing with physical and mental fatigue and how we can counter this by fixing or changing a little bit of things in our daily basis.
