In this video, I'm going to show you how to upload files to a forum. For this particular example, we are uploading a microlearning presentation to share to the microlearning forum. So to access that, you can either expand the menu and then go down to the forums here, or you can select the forum link here, which is what I'm going to do. As you can see, the form looks a little different to what we've used previously. In this forum, everyone can start their own thread to share their presentations. Looks like I'm the first to post. So to do this, I'm going to select New thread. And wait for a moment here as the screen will change. Here again, you can see the steps to help you upload. And we're going to begin by entering the subject line. This will be the health condition that you have chosen to research. For my example, I'm using Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. In the message box, enter a description explaining why you've chosen your particular health condition. And then if you have decided to upload a video of yourself actually presenting your presentation, you have the option here to upload the video or to record yourself doing it now. Down below, you can see the option to upload the presentation file. So you can either do that by searching for the folder on your device here and then choosing the file. And then you'd click Upload or you can drag and drop the files, to add them here, and that's what I'm going to do. As I created my presentation using Canva, I'm uploading a PDF file. However, if you've used another presentation tool such as PowerPoint, you can upload that file here instead and then just scroll down and Post to forum. And here you can see my Subject line as a thread. And when I click on it.... you can see my presentation, which anyone can click on to view or to download as your own resource.
